Does anybody have tips or know-how on removing window tint? I keep getting pulled over for the limo tint on my '03 Silverado, and now that I'm driving without a license I can't afford the extra attention.

Is the tint peeled away by hand or scraped off with a razor?

start it with a razor and it will peel off in a sheet.

It's a headache to get all the glue off. Get a tint shop to do it when you go to get them retinted legal or semi-legal. Keep the darkest tint on the back and back sides, and only go slightly under legal for the front sides and you should be ok.

Work on getting your license back.

The police may know your truck already and will find something else to nail you for once you fix your tint.
