Is there a decent welder to use for frame work that will work off a 120 outlet? I don't have a garage or any remotely close 220 outlets. I'd love to do more work on the truck myself. That is if the welder doesn't cost more than me just paying some one to do it.

She's coming along. Just need some new paint and some interior work.

Check out the Miller 140. They're a very nice 120v unit, and will easily do 3/16" plate in a single pass, which is thicker than anything on your factory frame.

The Hobart Handler 140 is a millermatic 140 just re-badged and you loose the gas purge option. I have a Millermatic 140 and its great, the gun is nice and small and light and its easy to use. You can usually get the Hobart kit minus the bottle for about 600 bucks.
