just looking online and a few sites show that their wheels are "commercial quality" and minor blemishes such as chrome burns or pits may be evident and can be expected. Is this why a few online sites are cheaper than others? Are they selling the equivelent of a cosmetic second?

If so no wonder everyone is going billet.
