hey hello all the im new here
1th. im from monterrey mexico and here is very dificult to find all the performance parts.

thats why i want help for my. now i've a chevrolet 97 drop at mexican style
with 295/50 stock wheels.

but i find a 4/6 drop belltech on the internet.
can brush the tires on the truck?

i want small one size. but all the person use 275/60/15 or 235/60/15.
but i want small one and found a picture the problem is i dont know the tire size
who know tire size of the truck in the

the reason for use small tire size is to get low truck with few money.
and is very dificult find airbags here.


or give my sugestions for tire sizes

Hard to tell from the picture, but the tire on that truck looks very small. I would guess 225/50/15 or something around there. It also looks like the truck has airbags.

The size you mention 295/50/15 is very wide, and it is about 1/2 inch taller than a 235/60/15. I am afraid it would rub in front with a 4-inch drop.

I ran a 235/60/15 with a 5/8 drop on my truck with stock wheels. The front tires were very close to the fender lip, I would not want to go any wider or taller.

Here is an old picture of my truck:



A 5/8 drop is basically like a 4/6 with a 3" spring in front instead of the 2" drop spring, and the back you get the extra 2" by adding drop shackles. You also need a bigger notch for the 8" rear drop.

I would go with 235/60/15, it fills up the fenders.

The 225/50 is too small, it does not hold much weight and would look too small with a 4/6 drop.

here is my old truck too...i ran a 5/8 drop with 225/70 tires up front & 235/60 tires in the rear
