The truck was purchased in October 2001. All modifications listed below were done by myself, with a little help from friends on certain things. Suspension I've lowered it 3" all around, using Ground-Force 3" lowering springs up front, and 3" lowering blocks in the rear. Wheels I am riding on 18x8 Boyd Coddington Magneato's on a BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDWS 235/50ZR18 rubber. Interior Not much done to the interior. The entire cab is sound deadened, most places with two or three layers of B-Quiet Xtreme. Stereo The head unit I am running is an older high-end Sony deck, so it's not complete crap. Covering the front stage is a set of Planet Audio Vortex V62CK 6.5 components being powered by an Alpine MRV-T707. Covering the low end is an Alpine 10" Type R DVC subwoofer powered by an Alpine MRV-100M. The amps are mounted on the drivers side wall of the extended cab, in the window well, and just below on a lexan shelf being secured by aluminum strapping. The sub is reverse mounted in a custom fiberglass enclosure, and a beauty panel is in the works for the amp rack.
