Will a 24x10 wheel with a +30mm offset tuck on a 2001 GMC Sierra?.. thanks for the help

That is a 6.68 backspace. It won't tuck. You'd have to flare the fenders a bit to get them to fit inside. You need 7.25" or more backspace to actually tuck.
