Adobe Image Ready. It's kind of sad, I had the program as long as I have had Photoshop 7.0 and I did not even know I could do animations in it...but I guess you learn new things everyday...

Your sig pic is half a meg and is only 256 colors. I hope www.regionofdoomforum.com doesn't mind the bandwidth you're using.

yah I know its big. I am going to do a new one and try to get it under 200kb. I though 500kb was pretty good considering my first animation was 6MB....
